About Us Overview Alpine Joe Sportswear Ltd. was founded in Vancouver in 1946 and has been manufacturing quality clothing ever since in its Vancouver plant. Cadence Cyclewear is one brand label of Alpine Joe’s and was approached several years ago to design and develop a line of clothing specifically for police/security officers patrolling on bicycle. The success of this new line was the catalyst for Alpine Joe to further develops other garments for professional duty personnel. Alpine Joe’s Cadence brand now supplies clothing for walking patrols, EMS workers and other duty personnel in addition to its professional cyclewear. Alpine Joe now supplies over 100 police agencies and security companies with its quality "Made in Canada" garments. Alpine Joe’s Cadence product line is available throughout Canada and to international clients. Alpine Joe continues to produce high quality garments for the active professional and the sportsman alike. All the Professional Duty apparel is custom made to the customer"s specifications. This is all done rather quickly with the average order taking about six to eight weeks to produce and deliver to the client. Alpine Joe Sportswear Ltd has no minimum orders and its garments can be purchased independently regardless of size or style. Our design team can work from an idea to develop a prototype and patterns to fit a customer’s specific needs.
