Delivery Policy All our garments are Made to Order. Orders sometimes must be held until there are enough other orders to make it economic for us to manufacture. We apologize for delays but in order to offer you the best price possible we must manufacture in an economical manner.   Quality/Guarantee Policy Alpine Joe Ltd is committed to producing durable garments for the professional duty industry and stands behind all its products. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality, or feel a garment did not live up to your expectations, Alpine Joe will be happy to address your concerns promptly and in a professional manner. If a garment has a construction defect please inform Alpine Joe of the problem and arrangements will be made to correct the problem. We are confident that our products will impress you and we look forward to supplying apparel to your organization in the future.   Shipping Policy Unless otherwise instructed we will ship your order by Canada Post. We are assured that you will receive your order quickly to most locations in Canada. For our customers in the continental United States we will be shipping your order via UPS ground service.   Return Policy We expect all of our garments to perform and surpass our quality standards. If you have any concerns with any of our products and feel they have not met your expectations, please inform us and we will arrange to have the garment repair or replaced.   Pricing Pricing is not listed on this site due to the fact that our Professional Duty Clothing product line is not sold directly to the general public. You can fill out our on-line quotation/tender form and we will promptly respond to your request.
